Nights Warehouse Operative

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a growing team in Grantham on the night shift, working on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and eager to develop new skills within the recycling industry.

About the Role:

As a warehouse operative, you’ll be an essential part of the team working in a busy recycling facility. Your main duties will include:

• Manual handling of fridges and other appliances
• Safely removing compressors from refrigeration units
• Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in line with health and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• This is a physically demanding role, ideal for those who enjoy active, hands-on work. Full training is provided, but candidates must be comfortable with manual handling and able to meet deadlines.

Shift Pattern:

Night Shift: 18:00–06:00

4 on, 4 off rotations (plenty of time off between shifts!)
