We are recruiting for a 6-month fixed-term contract for an HR Advisor to join a small, collaborative HR team within a growing, technology-driven environment based in Newark. The Role

  • Working as part of a team of 3 HR professionals, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain and improve HR systems and processes.
  • This is a broad generalist position, including:
    • Supporting managers with employee relations queries
    • Managing onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes
    • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
