The Sales Manager for a forward‑thinking, growing business on the outskirts of Newark is looking to welcome an Account Executive into her close‑knit sales team, working alongside two Account Managers and a Sales Administrator. This is a genuinely relationship‑led sales role — varied, engaging, and fast‑moving — where no two days are the same and your sales performance is recognised and rewarded. You’ll be working with an established database of over 2,500 key accounts — and only a proportion currently have maintenance and repair contracts in place. That means real, tangible sales opportunity for someone who enjoys:

  • Upselling and cross‑selling

  • Retaining, nurturing, and growing existing accounts

If you’ve worked in sales selling cars, homes, sheds, services, insurance, or any consultative product or service, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing renewals, proposals, and contracts across your own sales account portfolio
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact and building long‑term client relationships

  • Preparing quotes, providing technical advice, and handing over to the Operations team
  • Keeping customers warm, engaged, and well looked after
