About the Role
We are currently looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Production Yard Operatives to join our team on a temporary basis, supporting an outdoor production and rendering operation. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to candidates who enjoy working outdoors and are happy to get stuck in with a range of practical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Telehandler and/or Forklift Truck (FLT) to move materials around the yard
- Moving equipment and materials safely from A to B
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised
- Pressure washing and general site cleaning
- Supporting the production/rendering operation as required
- Carrying out a variety of general yard and labouring duties
- Following all health & safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment
You should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and happy with hands‑on work
- Safety-conscious
- Flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities
- Experienced in a yard, warehouse, production or similar environment
