What You'll Be Doing
A varied operations role split across customer support and data processing:
- Handling hotel queries via Zendesk
- Supporting with rate and room visibility issues, access requests, and general support tickets
- Loading and maintaining hotel rates accurately across multiple systems
- Working heavily with Excel (VLOOKUP + data manipulation essential)
- Building strong relationships with hotel partners
