We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated FLT (Forklift Truck) & Warehouse Operative to join our client's warehouse team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (depending on business requirements)
Licence must be in date.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks Counterbalance safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.
- Move, store, and organise stock within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
- Carry out routine stock checks and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure goods are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures, policies, and safe working practices.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment faults, or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support colleagues as required to meet operational demands.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Valid FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Good level of physical fitness with the ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
