We have a great opportunity for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln, permanently. As a Maintenance Engineer, your role involves working with a great team in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment, using a variety of equipment across a range of tasks. Your role will be varied, and no day will be the same.
You will be involved in both planned and reactive maintenance, performing general tasks such as machinery maintenance, conducting extensive inspections, and repairing or replacing any parts as necessary. Working closely with the maintenance team and manager, you will carry out regular inspections and assessments as part of your daily routine to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
You will need to have effective communication to speak with various departments across the business, enabling you to react quickly and work well under tight deadlines to prevent production downtime. We are looking for candidates with mechanical and electrical engineering experience, along with a Level 3 Engineering qualification in Electrical and Mechanical to support this.
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering a mix of day and night shifts, you will earn £45,000 per annum. You’ll be provided with the great training and support you need to see your career rise.
