Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a role that gives you both flexibility and the opportunity to maximise your earnings? Ambitions Personnel is expanding our successful Mansfield branch, and we’re looking for a talented Perms Consultant to join our team on a part‑time basis.

The Role
- Manage and grow your own permanent recruitment desk
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Handle the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, networking & referrals
- Deliver exceptional service and promote the Ambitions brand in the local market
- Work autonomously and take ownership of your results
