Line Leader / Production Supervisor
Full time 4on/4off Days 6:45am until 6:30pm
Salary £14.32ph
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving performance and quality on the production floor? We\’re seeking a Line Leader / Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and ensure our production goals are not just met — but exceeded.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow, efficient line changeovers, and minimal downtime.
- Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and operational compliance.
- Be the link between frontline staff and management — reporting performance, resolving issues, and championing continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
