Line Leader / Production Supervisor

Full time 4on/4off Days 6:45am until 6:30pm

Salary Β£14.32ph

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving performance and quality on the production floor? We\’re seeking a Line Leader / Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and ensure our production goals are not just met β€” but exceeded.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
  • Ensure smooth workflow, efficient line changeovers, and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and operational compliance.
  • Be the link between frontline staff and management β€” reporting performance, resolving issues, and championing continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within manufacturing or production.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
