Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving performance and quality on the production floor? We\βre seeking a Line Leader / Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and ensure our production goals are not just met β but exceeded.
What Youβll Do:
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow, efficient line changeovers, and minimal downtime.
- Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and operational compliance.
- Be the link between frontline staff and management β reporting performance, resolving issues, and championing continuous improvement.
