Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a motivated Line Leader to take charge of a busy production line for our clients based in Bilsthorpe. This is your chance to step up, lead a team, and make a real impact, all while enjoying a great work/life balance with a 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern.
The Role
- Leading and supervising a production line during your shift
- Ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieved
- Monitoring product quality and addressing any issues promptly
- Allocating tasks and supporting operatives on the line
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed
- Reporting issues, downtime, or concerns to management
- Assisting with training and onboarding of new starters
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example at all times
- Keep production running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Resolve minor issues quickly to minimise downtime
About You
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Line Leader, Team Leader, or supervisory experience is desirable
- Confident communicator with good leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
- Flexible and committed to the 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern
