We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives for a local company that specialises in the recycling of white goods– including fridges, washing machines, cookers, and other large household appliances. This is a hands‑on role that involves regular heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable handling bulky items throughout the day.
Shifts: Night Shift: 10pm-6am Monday to Friday with every third Saturday.
Key Duties:- Loading and unloading white goods such as fridges, freezers, and washing machines.
- Moving heavy appliances by hand and using handling equipment where provided.
- Stripping down items for recycling components and materials.
- Sorting and segregating materials for appropriate recycling streams.
