We are working with a growing business that has just moved into a new site and is now looking to bring in their first dedicated HR Manager. With around 60 people across operational and professional roles, they are at a really exciting stage where HR can make a genuine impact. This is a hands-on role where you will build the HR function from the ground up while also partnering closely with leadership to support the next phase of growth.
