Overview
Are you a commercially sharp leader who enjoys owning tenders, driving profitability and truly understanding the numbers behind performance? I am working with a highly respected, well-established graphics services company looking to appoint a Commercial Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract in a pivotal role at the heart of the business.
Responsibilities
- You will take ownership of the tender process end-to-end, build and enhance robust pricing frameworks, and ensure margins are protected in a fast-moving operational environment.
- You will oversee invoicing accuracy, carry out detailed commercial analysis, and keep a firm grip on profitability and financial performance across key accounts.
- Managing a commercial team of three, you will set clear standards and drive performance — while also acting as the go-to commercial lead for several large, high-profile accounts.
- Advanced Excel capability is essential — modelling, analysis and building pricing tools that stand up to scrutiny.
- Strong financial acumen is equally important; you will understand cost structures, margin drivers and how operational decisions translate to bottom-line results.
