We’re looking for a HR & Recruitment Support Administrator to play a key role in supporting our clients’ resourcing team and delivering a smooth, professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Work approx. 30 hours per week as a central point of contact, handling calls and emails from managers and candidates, managing the resourcing inbox, and responding to queries.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, update schedules and candidate information on the system, track attendance, and ensure managers are fully prepared.
- Support recruitment events, assist with shortlisting early careers candidates, maintain accurate digital filing systems, and provide general administrative support to keep everything running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role (recruitment experience is a bonus).
- A basic understanding of employment law relating to recruitment.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
- Confidence using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A high standard of English and Maths is essential.
