Rate: £28.60 – £31.00 per hour
Location: Huntingdon + Hybrid

About the Role

Our client is looking for Temporary HR Delivery Managers to support a major business-wide change project. This isn’t a standard HR Delivery Manager role – you’ll be guiding employees and managers through consultations during a period of restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Support line managers with consultation meetings
• Guide on role changes & redundancy processes
• Handle employee queries & FAQs
• Manage notes, spreadsheets & admin
• Schedule follow-ups & keep records accurate
• Manage sensitive conversations with empathy

Experience Needed

• Strong knowledge of redundancy processes
• Proven consultation meeting experience
• Excellent organisational & admin skills
• Detail-focused, adaptable & empathetic communicator
