As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

  • Build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Source and attract talented candidates for a variety of vacancies
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
  • Develop business relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Use recruitment technology, databases, Microsoft Word and Excel to manage information effectively
