We are currently recruiting experienced Paint Sprayers for a well-established manufacturer based in Grantham. The company offers a stable working environment with ongoing investment, long-term opportunities, and the chance to develop your skills within a modern manufacturing setting.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday 3pm-12am
- Friday 3pm-8pm
Pay
- Nights up to £21.25 per hour
- 39 hours per week
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Painting new and refurbished products
- Surface preparation and masking
- Preparing, mixing, spraying and polishing
- Following technical paperwork
- Identifying and fixing any defects to ensure quality finish
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in industrial or commercial vehicle painting
- Able to follow technical instructions and H&S procedures
- Previous experience of reading technical documentation and instructions
- Ability to prepare, mask, mix, spray, polish and choose correct paints
- Strong attention to detail
