The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager and Sales Manager, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of business functions. This role is all about attitude and potential. Full training will be provided, making it ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career.

IT Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the IT Manager, you will receive training and support across:
  • First-line IT support for internal users
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Server administration
  • IT and email security
  • Firewall management
  • Telephone systems
  • SAP support and administration
  • User account management
  • Assisting with IT projects and system improvements
  • Supporting colleagues with day-to-day technology issues
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems in a timely manner

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will:
  • Create engaging content for TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Produce videos, photographs and promotional content
  • Write blogs and website content
  • Create and manage a content calendar and posting schedule
  • Design marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms
  • Support email marketing campaigns
  • Work with the sales team to identify target audiences and market sectors
  • Assist with lead generation activities
  • Monitor engagement and campaign performance
  • Help promote the company's products and services online

  • A recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of commercial experience
