The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you'll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive a seamless, professional service from start to finish.

You'll also have
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Customer Success or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- The ability to investigate problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Confidence analysing data and producing customer reports.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

- Experience within metal recycling, waste management, manufacturing, logistics or another industrial environment.
