We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our client's busy and fast-paced hospitality operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated chef who is passionate about producing high-quality food and enjoys working as part of a professional kitchen team.
Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Working hours are 12:00pm and 9:00pm with the occasional 11am start. Full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in line with company standards
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, and waste control
- Work effectively within a busy kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Senior Chef experience
- Passion for food and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the venue
