This is a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibility, oversee a small and stable operation, and play a key part in an exciting period of growth—including a brand-new warehouse build starting April 2026. Our client operates a dedicated warehouse on behalf of a single customer, with the customer’s team based onsite every day. It’s a close-knit, collaborative environment where strong communication and relationship management are key.
They are looking for a confident, people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure a smooth, accurate, and safe service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations for one major customer
- Building and maintaining a strong working partnership with the onsite customer team
- Leading and supporting 2 warehouse operatives and working closely with (2 WOP 1 admin)
- Overseeing picking, loading and unloading, and outbound scheduling
- Ensuring accurate order processing and stock handling
- Managing H&S standards and promoting a safe working culture
- Handling basic employee relations and first-line people management
- Supporting wider operational planning as the new warehouse build progresses
- Using CB/Bendi trucks – full CB licence needed (Bendi useful but not essential)
This role would perfectly suit a Warehouse Team Leader or Senior Operative looking to step up into full supervisory responsibility.
