We’re looking for a proactive, positive and detail-focused individual to join this team in Grantham on a temporary basis, supporting with Right to Work compliance activity. You’ll be responsible for reviewing digital employee files, checking Right to Work documentation, updating systems, and ensuring everything is accurate and compliant. The role also involves contacting line managers and employees, so strong communication and customer care skills are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
