Due to an internal promotion, this company in Grantham is looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join a friendly, bubbly team of 10. As a Customer Care Administrator, you will join an experienced team that will invest in training on all processes, procedures, and systems to ensure your success.
You will need to have proven admin experience and be a confident communicator, able to manage a mix of administrative tasks including keying in job sheets, processing orders, and answering incoming calls. Once fully trained, you will also take orders over the phone, providing excellent customer service to a growing client base.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple service level agreements are essential. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by a team who are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–17:00, Friday 8:30–16:30
