Working on the front desk, dealing with drivers daily, you will be:
- Booking in drivers
- Receiving and allocating keys
- Keeping transport logs up to date
- Organising and scheduling vehicle checks
- Collecting Digi Tacho cards and time sheets
You will serve as the primary point of contact within the Transport department, consolidating various information for the wider team. This includes:
- Obtaining proof of delivery reports
- Speaking with various external parties
- Inputting data into the in-house system
This role will involve a real mixture of work in a busy office, alongside general office administration duties. The team is friendly within a busy and positive office environment.
The position will be working 4 on 4 off nights - 6pm - 6am. This is a temporary assignment that will start immediately.
