We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for one of our established clients in Colchester. You will be supporting and handling the day-to-day financial activities.

  • Matching invoices, driving internal invoice approvals. Liaising with the invoice approver and supplier to resolve queries. Posting invoices into the accounting system.
  • Processing staff expenses and company credit cards to ensure transactions are coded. Correctly filing company expenses receipts.
  • Issuing customer credit notes, resolving account queries.
  • Processing bank reconciliations and e Commerce reconciliations. Ensure refunds have been processed.
  • Providing accurate data to support month end and year end. Resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with finance deadlines at month end and year end.
