We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable driver to join their team. The role involves mainly driving 3.5T and 7.5T vehicles, with occasional Class 2 (Category C) work when required. The role is based 15 miles outside of Grantham therefore own transport is essential.
Responsibilities
- Driving 3.5T and 7.5T vehicles for deliveries and collections
- Occasional driving of Class 2 (Category C) vehicles
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensuring goods are delivered on time and in good condition
- Completing delivery paperwork and daily vehicle checks
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlements
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience operating 3.5T and 7.5T vehicles
- Good communication and time management skills
- Reliable, flexible, and customer focused
