Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, growing business? We are currently recruiting a Warehouse/Despatch Operator to join our client based in Retford.
This is a key role supporting the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high standards across all warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer products safely from production to storage areas
- Load and unload trailers as per the load plan or delivery notes
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure all products are correctly stored, clean, undamaged, and uncontaminated
- Communicate effectively with other departments to support seamless operations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – Essential
- Reach FLT licence – Desirable
- Previous warehouse or despatch experience – Essential
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanners – Essential
- Proactive attitude toward workplace cleanliness and environmental standards (e.g. spill response)
- Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm
