We're recruiting for a Sales Orders, Business Administration & Office Manager to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administration or office management professional to lead a Business Administration Team while overseeing sales order processing, customer invoicing, credit control and wider office operations.
You'll ensure sales are invoiced accurately and on time, oversee customer payments and outstanding invoices, and make sure customer queries and complaints are dealt with promptly.
You'll lead and support the team, manage workloads, holidays and attendance, provide cover where needed, and support the recruitment, training and development of employees.
The role will also involve overseeing day‑to‑day office activities, managing supplies and budgets, approving invoices, organising meetings and events, preparing reports, and reviewing administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in office management or business administration within a busy environment, along with previous supervisory or team management experience.
You'll be highly organised, detail-focused and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with people across different departments.
