You'll have the opportunity to learn how the business operates by supporting various departments including Sales, Purchasing and Stock Control, giving you valuable experience across the wider operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office team
  • Processing and updating customer and supplier information
  • Assisting with stock administration and inventory records
  • Supporting the purchasing function with orders and supplier communications
  • Assisting the sales team with quotations, order processing and customer enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and company databases
  • Preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets
  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
  • General office administration duties as required

About You

  • Previous administration or office experience is preferred
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
