We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Brokerage Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting customers, suppliers, and internal teams while ensuring services are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally and promptly to all customer, partner, and internal enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
- Liaise with business partners and suppliers to resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Escalate issues where appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
- Contact vendors regarding service amendments and brokered service requirements.
- Process orders for ancillary products with suppliers.
- Update contracts, pricing information, and customer records accurately.
- Investigate and resolve trade waste invoice queries.
- Schedule additional services effectively and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Keep customers informed regarding service updates and manage purchase orders.
- Manage requests relating to Infinis Trade Waste Management, coordinating with partners and confirming completed services.
- Produce accurate client reports on waste service usage within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain internal reporting systems for the brokerage department.
- Support new site setups and rollout projects within SLA and budget requirements.
- Conduct professional onboarding calls to communicate timelines and key service information.
- Coordinate site closures, including arranging removal of bins and skips.
- Manage confidential waste service requests and bulk collection arrangements.
- Maintain and update the internal CRM system with accurate information.
- Manage daily workflow effectively to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide additional administrative support to the brokerage department as required.
