We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Stores Operative for an immediate start. This is an ongoing temporary position offering excellent pay and stable weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods in: receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading using FLT (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
- Maintaining stock records and completing documentation
- Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Keeping the warehouse/stores area clean and H&S compliant
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) – essential
- Previous warehouse / stores experience – essential
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic IT skills (stock systems desirable)
- Strong understanding of health and safety
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm No weekends
