Do you enjoy speaking with people and helping them with queries? We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrators. Your role will involve speaking to customers by phone regarding orders that have been placed. You must be I.T literate with accurate keyboard skills as you will be required to input data onto various systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with drivers and customers to update them on the status of orders.
Working hours: 5 days on and 3 days off (8 day rotation pattern) 07.00 - 16.30 (first week) / 09.30 - 19.00 (2nd week)
This would suit someone who has worked in customer service, administration or a call centre.
