Location: Newark. Working hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 2:30pm (times may vary).

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen team for an immediate start in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on chef who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is happy to support all areas of the kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality food service while helping maintain excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a high standard
  • Assisting with food prep and service during busy periods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
  • Helping with pot wash and general kitchen duties when required
  • Ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are followed
