Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to hit targets and deadlines.
- Record and report production figures with accuracy.
- Carry out regular quality patrols to uphold high standards.
- Monitor and improve production processes, safety, and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and develop team members for growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (maintenance, logistics, quality, etc.).
