Your responsibilities:
- Unloading inbound deliveries and completing goods‑in checks
- Booking stock into the warehouse system and storing materials correctly
- Preparing and loading outbound deliveries and export containers
- Picking and packing orders for customer dispatch
- Moving raw materials, packaging, consumables, and finished goods throughout the site
- Supplying production areas with materials as required
- Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks
- Completing quality control checks when required
- Maintaining high housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Following all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Assisting with waste management and recycling activities
- Supporting site security and gatehouse duties on a rotational basis
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operation
What we’re looking for:
- Valid counterbalance forklift truck licence (essential)
- Previous experience within a warehouse, FMCG, manufacturing, or production environment
- Good organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Commitment to safe working practices at all times
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
