The Role
Working as part of a team of 3 HR professionals, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain and improve HR systems and processes. This is a broad generalist position, including:
- Supporting managers with employee relations queries
- Managing onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting absence management and HR reporting
- Assisting with policy updates and HR documentation
- Getting involved in HR projects and system improvements
- General HR administration and employee lifecycle support
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An HR Advisor or HR Administrator ready to step up
- Available immediately or on short notice for a 6-month FTC
