Are you an HR Advisor looking to join a fast-paced, modern business where you can make an immediate impact? We are recruiting for a 6-month fixed-term contract for an HR Advisor to join a small, collaborative HR team within a growing, technology-driven environment based in Newark. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across the full employee lifecycle, and has a strong interest in HR systems and process improvement.

The Role

Working as part of a team of 3 HR professionals, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain and improve HR systems and processes. This is a broad generalist position, including:

  • Supporting managers with employee relations queries
  • Managing onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting absence management and HR reporting
  • Assisting with policy updates and HR documentation
  • Getting involved in HR projects and system improvements
  • General HR administration and employee lifecycle support

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An HR Advisor or HR Administrator ready to step up
  • Available immediately or on short notice for a 6-month FTC
  • Comfortable working in a small, busy HR team
  • Confident with HR systems and keen to improve processes
