Your Responsibilities:

  • Running and maintaining 8-colour flexographic presses efficiently
  • Optimising press speeds and minimising downtime during job changes
  • Identifying and correcting print faults with a strong eye for detail
  • Upholding high housekeeping standards within the print department
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and quality targets

What We’re Looking For:

This role would suit individuals with experience in any of the following roles: Flexographic Printer / Litho Printer / Digital Printer / Screen Printer / Print Assistant / Print Finisher / Slitting Operator / Conversion Operator / Press Operator / Web Operator. If you’ve operated flexo machinery and understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and quality – or you’re keen to learn and grow into this – we’d love to talk.
