We are currently recruiting for an experienced GPhC Registered Pharmacist with a strong background in Hospital Pharmacy and Community Pharmacy settings.
Essential Requirements- GPhC Registered Pharmacist
- Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
- Hospital & Community Pharmacy experience
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Strong clinical assessment, prescribing, and medicines optimisation skills
- Up-to-date CPD and revalidation
- GPhC Registration
- IP Qualification
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service)
- Right to Work documentation
