Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
- Deliver high‑quality audits while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
- Plan, control, and review audit engagements to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Lead client meetings, including audit planning and completion discussions
- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure commercial outcomes
- Allocate work to seniors and trainees, supporting their development and progression
- Conduct appraisals, sign off training records, and mentor junior team members
- Complete post‑audit reviews and provide structured, constructive feedback
- Identify opportunities for additional advisory or value‑added services
- Support business development through client relationships and internal referrals

About You: We welcome applications from candidates who have:
- ACA / ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
- Proven experience operating at Audit Manager level within UK practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and ideally IFRS
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and client‑facing skills
