Location: London (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office)

I am working with an established top 8 Accountancy firm who are looking for a Valuations Manager to join Real Estate Valuations team, part of a wider valuations practice of 80 professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative and growing team.

About the Role

• Deliver projects successfully by understanding objectives, managing priorities, and communicating effectively with the team and clients.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness and understand how market and industry trends affect valuation outcomes.
• Produce robust valuation conclusions supported by solid knowledge of valuation techniques, standards, and financial reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

• CFA or accountancy qualifications considered
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience at Manager level
