US UK Tax Manager – OMBOur client is a top 10 practice with strong growth ambitions and is seeking a dynamic US/UK Tax Manager/Senior Manager with a specialisation in owner managed businesses/sole proprietors. Join a thriving and expanding team, where they prioritise investing in their staff.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory : Develop and maintain strong advisory relationships with individual clients, addressing their unique tax needs and concerns.
Compliance and Planning : Ensure compliance with US and UK tax laws, and provide strategic tax planning advice tailored to individual circumstances.
Collaboration : Work closely with legal and financial advisors to support high-net-worth individuals, ensuring comprehensive tax solutions.
Service Improvement : Continuously evaluate and enhance service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and confidence.
Team Support : Assist in managing and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
Qualifications : Recognised tax qualifications such as CTA or ATT, and Enrolled Agent status.
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in US/UK tax, with a proven ability to manage individual client relationships and deliver high-quality tax advice.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of US tax form authorisation, immigration tax planning, and the UK/US tax treaty for US owner‐managed businesses/sole proprietors.
