A well-regarded boutique US tax advisory practice is seeking an experienced US Tax Manager to join its growing Private Client US/UK Tax team. This role is ideal for a US tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients, values technical depth, and prefers a high-quality boutique environment over a high-volume or heavily siloed structure.

The Role:
You will manage a varied and technically engaging private client portfolio, working closely with Partners on complex advisory and compliance matters, including:
- High-net-worth individuals and families
- US expatriates and internationally mobile clients
- Entrepreneurs, founders, and owner-managed businesses
- Trusts, estates, and associated planning work
- US inbound and outbound individual tax issues

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US individual tax compliance and advisory engagements
- Review complex individual, trust, and estate tax returns
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to process improvement and best-practice development
- Assist Partners with technical analysis, planning, and ad-hoc advisory work
About You:
- US tax qualified (CPA, EA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in US private client / individual tax
- Comfortable handling complex HNW and cross-border matters
- Background in a boutique or mid-tier firm preferred (Big Four also considered)
- Confident communicator with a client-centric mindset
- Interested in long-term progression within a close-knit practice
