US/UK Tax Associate Director - Private Clients
The role:
- Join a fast-growing private client team with a strong reputation in the HNW/UHNW space
- Take on a visible leadership role, managing key client relationships
- Work with a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurs, senior executives, and internationally mobile individuals
- Strong focus on advisory work alongside compliance oversight

Key Responsbilities:
- Manage a portfolio of US/UK dual-handler private clients, including HNW and cross-border individuals
- Oversee delivery of:
- US individual tax compliance (1040s and related filings)
- UK personal tax reporting
- Lead on advisory work across:
- Cross-border tax planning and structuring
- Residency, domicile and mobility matters
- Wealth planning, trusts, and succession considerations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions
- Support and develop junior team members and contribute to team growth
- Play an active role in business development and client acquisition
Requirements:
- Strong experience in US/UK private client tax, ideally at Senior Manager or Associate Director level
- Qualifications such as EA, CPA, ATT, CTA or equivalent
- Proven track record managing HNW and internationally mobile clients
- Strong knowledge of cross-border tax issues for individuals
- Experience leading client relationships and delivering advisory work
- Commercial mindset and interest in contributing to practice growth
