We are working with a boutique firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and Transaction Services. The team is composed of experienced professionals dedicated to providing top-tier financial services and strategic advice to our clients.

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director/ Director to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TS, Valuations and M&A and a proven track record of business development.

Key Responsibilities:
