What you'll be doing
- Managing your own client portfolio with a higher degree of client responsibility, ensuring consistent delivery of quality advice
- Overseeing your team's portfolios and contributing to workflow planning across the section
- Identifying and developing new opportunities for the practice, escalating leads to Directors and Partners as appropriate
- Building and sustaining strong, long-term client relationships across a range of industries
- Working alongside Directors and Partners on technical matters, helping to reduce the need for direct partner-client contact
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional growth
- Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Contributing to revenue and profitability targets in line with business objectives
