Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will help deliver business development and marketing initiatives that drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the profile of the practice. This role offers excellent exposure to strategic projects, client development activity, and cross-practice collaboration, supporting a leading Employment, Tax & Reward practice
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of business development plans and strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside senior stakeholders.
- Manage pitches, proposals, credentials and client presentations.
- Coordinate client events, campaigns and thought leadership activity.
- Support key client programmes and cross-selling initiatives.
- Lead legal directory and award submissions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client developments.
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders.
About You
- Experience in a Business Development or Marketing role within a professional services environment, ideally legal services.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client development strategies.
- Experience managing pitches, proposals and profile-raising activities.
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail.
