A leading advisory firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing Real Estate Tax team in London.
This is a predominantly advisory-focused role, offering exposure to a broad range of real estate clients including property investment groups, real estate funds, partnerships, and listed property structures.
You'll work closely with Partners on complex tax planning, transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and structuring projects, while taking ownership of key client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
The team is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced real estate tax professional to help drive its next phase of expansion.
You'll manage a varied client portfolio, lead on complex advisory work, and play a visible role in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate clients across compliance and advisory matters.
- Lead tax structuring, due diligence, and transaction support assignments.
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and property-related tax planning.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients on commercial and strategic tax matters.
- Support business development and help identify growth opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Work closely with Partners on complex advisory projects and key client accounts.
About You
- ACA and/or CTA qualified.
- Strong corporate tax background with exposure to real estate clients, in particular REITs.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory projects.
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ambitious and keen to play a role in a growing practice.
