As Pitches and Pursuits Manager you\'ll be:
- Leading the development and delivery of high-quality, client-focused pitches for both public and private sector clients
- Collaborating with BD, pricing, compliance, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless pitch execution
- Coaching pitch teams on presentation techniques and Q&A handling
- Conducting post-pitch evaluations and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Designing materials for strategic pitch opportunities and maintaining pitch content databases
- Identifying inefficiencies in the pitch process and implementing improvements
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
- Supporting the firm\'s Responsible Business programme and contributing to broader BD initiatives
What we\'re looking for:
- A solid background in proposals and pursuits where you\'re used to dealing with a high number and also high value proposals within legal or professional services
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to challenge and coach senior stakeholders
- Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
