A leading professional services firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Client & Marketing team on a permanent basis. Based in Nottingham, Birmingham, or Manchester, this strategic role will support the Energy & Infrastructure and Real Estate & Construction sectors, leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.

The Business Development Manager will act as a trusted advisor, shaping market strategy and recommending client care, business development, and marketing initiatives. They will take ownership of agreed priorities, coordinating delivery with the wider team and sector leads. This is a proactive role focused on strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
