Marketing & Business Development Manager – Corporate & Finance (Banking & Loan Finance & Real Estate)
Are you an enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of Corporate & Finance? Our client is recruiting a dynamic individual to join their Banking & Loan Finance and Real Estate teams on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
The Marketing & Business Development Manager will work closely with the Corporate & Finance Business Development team and the global Banking & Loan Finance and Real Estate partnership to drive global strategy forward. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Initiatives: Delivering strategic initiatives in line with the group\’s overall business strategy and objectives.
- Client Development: Supporting client development and profile-raising initiatives in the UK and international markets.
- Pitching: Creating strategies for, and managing responses to, RFPs, customised pitches, and business development presentations.
- Marketing Campaigns: Working on the delivery of global marketing programs and campaigns to raise the profile of the practices and sector.
- Internal Communication: Coordinating newsletters, global calls, and practice reports.
- Wider BD Projects: Managing and contributing to wider Corporate & Finance Group and M&BD projects.

Technical Skills
- Extensive relevant experience, preferably including time in a management role in the legal sector.
- Solid experience in business planning and management, including budgeting and ROI reporting.
- Strong operational and project management skills.
- Experience in a partnership or equivalent professional services environment.
- Strong background in client relationship management, pitches, and targeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Commercially-minded with the ability to translate emerging business issues into opportunities.
